Summary: The Air Force and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers identified 3 of 8 people killed in a civilian-contracted aircraft crash in Western Alaska on Aug. 20. 2nd Lt. Leah R. Borsich, 23, of the 611th Civil Engineer Squadron at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, was among the dead; no survivors were found after an HH-60W and HC-130J supported the response.
